Regarding your question, I have only purposefully omitted a case once in a little over a year- but there is still a record of it. A person involved in the case asked me to take it down for confidentiality reasons- the entry only says K v. Holder and there is no link to the Ninth Circuit. This is not the case you are referring to, however. I was backed up for a few days over the holidays so I will go back and check for that case- thanks for bringing to my attention! It’s been my goal to catalog every Ninth Circuit immigration case since I started the blog and have it up w/in 24 hours of being published, so I definitely want to make sure cases don’t fall through the cracks!
